For the first time, the warm and smooth tones of 5N red gold feature on the 43 mm case in the Venturer XL collection. Elegantly displaying the largest diameter offered by H.Moser & Cie., the Venturer Small Seconds XL Purity models brilliantly demonstrate the minimalist philosophy celebrated by the Schaffhausen-based Manufacture. The rhodium-plated fumé and midnight-blue fumé dials feature only the logo together with the five main indices, including double indices at 12 o’clock. Once again, these creations, with their distinctive character, have proven that authenticity can provide a power and dynamism which is rarely achieved.
Five indices, at 12, 3, 6, and 9, shine through on the Venturer Small Seconds XL Purity dial. They provide the dial with a rhythm, featured here on the midnight-blue fumé version and the traditional rhodium- plated fumé version. Amplified by the domed sapphire crystal and the refined bezel, the signature fumé dial demonstrates the power of an iconic product. One glance at the fumé dial is enough to recognise the elegant yet sexy aesthetic of an H. Moser watch.
Measuring 43 mm in diameter, for the first time the Venturer Small Seconds XL Purity case is featured here in 5N red gold. Warming up the otherwise cold tones of fumé dials, this material adds to the beauty and elegance of the Venturer Small Seconds XL Purity. Offsetting the classicism of this creation, H.Moser & Cie. has chosen a bold, chocolate-coloured strap for the model equipped with the midnight-blue fumé dial, and a beige kudu leather strap for the model with the fumé dial. Preferring to mix genres, H. Moser & Cie. creates a classical model in the Haute Horlogerie style, but one designed for a contemporary audience, mavericks with their finger on the pulse of our times, looking for a compelling watch unlike any other.
At the heart of the Venturer Small Seconds XL Purity, with the convex shapes typical of the 1960s and design inspired by historic H. Moser pocket watches, beats an HMC 327 small seconds hand-wound Manufacture calibre. Its elegant design allows it a small seconds that is extremely offset. Visible through the sapphire case back, this movement is equipped with an escapement with a bi-directional screw, developed and manufactured by Precision Engineering, the sister company of H. Moser & Cie. The HMC 327 calibre provides a minimum power reserve of three days, displayed on an indicator on the reverse side of the watch.
