BREMONT CELEBRATES THE HISTORY OF MILITARY AVIATION WITH NEW ADDITIONS TO CLASSIC AIRCO COLLECTION

Now that the new Airco Mach 1/WH and Mach 2/WH have started shipping, we thought this would be a good opportunity to remind you of some of their key features.

Named after the ‘Aircraft Manufacturing Company Limited’, one of the first British military aircraft manufacturers, the Airco range are Bremont’s first 40mm pilot watches.

1. HARDENED STAINLESS STEEL CASE

The Trip-Tick® case of the Airco, including the polished models, is hardened using B-EBE2000 hardening technology, making Bremont watch cases an average of seven times harder and more scratch-resistant than competitors’.

2. ANTI-REFLECTIVE SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL

The Airco pieces feature double curved anti-reflective, scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Our convex sapphire crystals come with a Mohs hardness rating of 9, reducing reflections to less than 0.5% for optimum legibility.

3. COSC CERTIFIED

Each watch in the Airco range has a 38-hour minimum power reserve and is COSC certified. This confirms that the mechanical movement has passed each of the rigorous precision tests necessary for the chronometer designation.

4. WATER RESISTANT TO 100 METRES

The Airco watches have been ruthlessly engineered to be fit for purpose, whatever that purpose may be. They are water resistant to 10 ATM, 100 metres, making them the ideal timepiece for any adventure.

5. AVAILABLE ON A RANGE OF STRAPS

Bremont has a number of attractive straps to pair with the Airco range. The watches are available on a selection of leather, the popular striped NATO canvas strap or a stainless steel bracelet.
